Biography
Yun Lew-Kumpf received a Bachelor of Music degree from Florida Southern College where she studied organ and piano. At Florida Southern College, she was a member of Delta Omicron (International Honorary Music Fraternity) and the Collegiate Music Educators National Conference. Yun began playing the piano at age six and served as a church organist/pianist beginning at the age of thirteen. Yun has been involved in the Martin County Church Musicians, The Fellowship of United Methodist in Music and Worship Arts, American Guild of Organist, Stuart Piano Quartet, East Coast Music Club, Florida Federation of Music Clubs and taught piano at First United Methodist Church. She served as the organist/pianist at First United Methodist Church in Stuart and currently she serves at First Presbyterian Church in Stuart, FL. She is a board member of Treasure Coast Music Teachers Association. She is also a member of Florida State Music Teachers Association and Music Teachers National Association. |
